In this 4-week program, you'll wear a small sensor about the size of a quarter that measures your body's blood glucose levels throughout the day and transmits it to an app interface. Through the app, you'll see personalized dynamic data that shows your glucose levels and how your body is reacting to different meals and activities such as sleep and exercise.
How will I know what to do with my data?
The most impactful part of this program are the weekly small group coaching sessions where you will learn:
